• Nose: Aromas of stone fruits such as peach and apricot, complemented by hints of fresh vanilla, coconut, raisins, and floral notes like iris and lilac.
• Palate: Flavors of cooked fruits and citrus with hints of smooth cacao.
• Finish: Exotic fruits with notes of vanilla and a hint of wood.

This limited edition rum, part of Plantation’s “One Time Limited” series, showcases the rich aromatic complexity attributed to the unique yeasts used during its fermentation. The double maturation process, first in tropical conditions and then in the cooler climate of France, adds layers of depth and character to the rum.
