Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The aroma presents citrus and peat smoke, classic to Kilchoman’s house style, with added layers of rich, sweet notes from the PX sherry casks.
• Palate: Flavors include a mix of sweet and smoky elements, with the bourbon barrels providing a base of vanilla and caramel, while the sherry casks introduce hints of stewed fruits and spices.
• Finish: Medium to long finish with lingering smoky and sweet notes, with a touch of spice and oak.

Released in March 2021, this second edition of the Kilchoman Small Batch for Belgium was carefully selected by The Nectar. The unique combination of bourbon, oloroso sherry, and PX sherry casks creates a complex and well-balanced whisky that captures the essence of Islay with added depth and richness from the sherry influence.
