GlenAllachie 9-Year-Old Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish is a Scottish single malt that highlights the art of maturation in exceptional casks. It initially matured under the influence of Fino but stands out with a second maturation without the “flor” yeast layer, a feature of oxidative aging.

This unique process gives the whisky a deep amber color and an intensely complex flavor profile. Aged in hogsheads that previously held Amontillado Sherry, this single malt reveals rich and nuanced aromas. Expect notes of black cherries, roasted hazelnuts, and caramel sauce.
