Matured exclusively in sherry casks, this whisky is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46 % ABV — embodying Springbank’s traditional full-flavour style built on decades of meticulous distillation and maturation.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Deep and inviting — expect aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit (raisins, figs), marzipan, soft spice and subtle oak. Notes of leather, old tobacco and a faint coastal salinity add to the complexity.
• Palate: Full-bodied and rich. Flavours of dried plums and raisins, mocha or dark-chocolate bitterness, walnuts and nuts combine with gentle smokiness and a trace of sea spray/mineral salt. A subtle hint of peat or kiln smoke may surface, adding depth and balance.
