Crafted from molasses and distilled in a column still, this rum underwent 35 hours of fermentation, generating a rich base of congeners that evolved into remarkable complexity over time. Matured in French Limousin oak en ex-cognac casks, Inception 2004 reveals its depth through an extraordinary balance of fruit, spice, and wood.
