This intriguing 10yo Glen Garioch from 2013 was bottled in the Original Collection by independent bottler Cadenhead’s. The whisky has been fully matured in Oloroso Sherry Casks, featuring notes of figs and rum-soaked raisins, as well as savory notes of coffee grounds and cigar smoke.
- Aroma: Rum-soaked raisins, muscovado sugar, anise, licorice, spices.
- Palate: Maraschino cherry, plum juice, used coffee grounds.
- Finish: Figs, physalis, ashy/heavy cigar notes, dark chocolate, leathery.
