Oloroso, meaning “fragrant” in Spanish, is the darkest dry Sherry style. Known for its strong nutty and dried fruit qualities, Oloroso imparts a bold character to the whisky.

Maturation in rich Oloroso casks has added layers of coffee beans, sticky raisins, ginger, and figs. These flavors blend seamlessly with GlenAllachie’s signature honeyed profile.

We proudly present this release as part of The Wood Collection. It features a high strength of 48% ABV, natural color, and no chill filtration, allowing the whisky’s unique spirit to shine.
