- 19% Vin Doux Naturel (fortified wine) casks
ABV: 50%
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Earthy notes with clove, fruit cake, poached pears, honeycomb ice cream, midsummer hay, and red wine.
- Palate: Oily texture with floral notes, strawberries, bran, apricots, pears, pickled oranges, breakfast tea, and peppercorns.
- Finish: Lingering floral notes with touches of limoncello and chocolate.
