Base Ingredients: 100% Irish barley from 25 different farms

Cask Type: Matured in a combination of:
- 35% first-fill American oak casks
- 20% virgin American oak casks
- 25% premium French oak casks
- 20% Vin Doux Naturel (fortified wine) casks
ABV: 50%
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Bright notes of red apple, earthy rye bread, straw, hay, dried tea leaves, jammy apricots, orange gelato, floral notes, charred oak, peppery tinge, and tobacco leaves.
- Palate: Rich, oily texture with white pepper, caramel-glazed red apple, oaties, honey, bready notes, barley husks, fennel, and a hint of wormwood.
- Finish: Medium to long, with gentle spices, honey, and fruity sweetness.
Waterford The Cuvée is an ambitious project inspired by the blending techniques of Bordeaux’s great châteaux. This whisky represents the culmination of Waterford’s Single Farm Origin series, bringing together the unique flavors from 25 individual farms. The result is a complex and layered single malt that showcases the diverse terroir of Ireland.
