Christian Drouin Distillery
Founded in 1960 by Christian Drouin, the Christian Drouin Distillery is in the heart of the Pays d’Auge region in Normandy, France. This family-owned distillery spans three generations and specializes in producing Calvados, an apple brandy. The distillery operates from a picturesque Norman farm with typical 17th-century architecture and traditional high-stem orchards.
Christian Drouin crafts a range of Calvados, including vintage selections and unique blends. These have earned over 230 gold medals in international competitions. The distillery uses traditional methods to harvest, mash, distill, store, and age its products, ensuring high-quality spirits. Visitors can explore the history and production secrets of Calvados and enjoy tastings of cider, pear cider, pommeau, and Calvados.
