Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The aroma starts with a big lactic note, featuring lemon yoghurt and buttermilk, accompanied by stewed peaches, pears, and vanilla. There’s also a touch of sooty peat, earthy sourness, espresso beans, and hints of salted caramel and roasted pecans.
• Palate: The taste is bold with an initial alcoholic kick, leading to roasted malt, deep smoky notes, dry ashes, and cocoa powder. You’ll also find flavors of coffee, salted caramel, fruit compote, plain oak, black peppercorns, and dried nuts.
• Finish: The finish is very long, with lingering notes of wood smoke, lemon peel, salt, and a slight metallic note.
