Founded in 1798 in Kirkwall, on the Orkney Islands north of mainland Scotland, Highland Park is renowned for its balanced single malts, combining gentle peat smoke with fruity and honeyed characteristics.
The Highland Park 10 Years Old Viking Scars is matured for at least ten years in oak casks, predominantly European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks. This maturation brings together fresh fruit, vanilla sweetness, gentle spice and Highland Park’s characteristic subtle peat smoke.
