This Barbados 2013 10yo is a unique blend of pot and column distillation from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados. This molasses rum aged for 10 years in a bourbon barrel and is a true gem!
Nose: Tropical and spicy, a delightful mix of mango, guava, and Jamaican pepper.
Palate: Lush, almost floral, with the same aromas as the nose.
Finish: Long, intense but controlled, with dried apricots and mangoes with a hint of hazelnut and coffee cream/tobacco.
