Introducing a new, limited edition, super premium collection: unique 21 Year Old Irish Single Malts. This series celebrates the global resurgence of Teeling, Dublin, and Irish Whiskey, which remains the world’s fastest-growing premium spirit. It also embraces the energy brought by new entrants to the category. The Rising Reserve Series follows the highly acclaimed Revival and Renaissance bottlings. These earlier series marked the opening of our Dublin Distillery, heralding the revival of Dublin’s distilling tradition.

The Rising Reserve adds to our lineup of internationally celebrated Irish whiskeys, winners of over 400 awards in the past decade, including the World Whiskies Awards’ triple crowns for “World’s Best Single Malt,” “World’s Best Pot Still,” and “World’s Best Single Grain.” The series will feature 5 different releases of our oldest and most intriguing Single Malts from the Teeling Whiskey reserves, rolled out over the coming years to showcase the quality and variety of Irish, especially Teeling Single Malt.

The inaugural release in the Rising Reserve series is a 21 Year Old Single Malt. We aged it in ex-Bourbon casks for over 16 years, then finished it in high-quality ex-Carcavelos White Port casks for more than 5 years. This dual maturation, particularly the extended finishing period, bestows unique deep citrus and orchard fruit flavors, balanced by spice and wood notes. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, we bottle this distinctive Single Malt at 46% without chill filtration.
