The Macallan has teamed up with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of the three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca to create a unique single malt with a rich chocolatey flavor profile. Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan collaborated with Roca and Casa Cacao chocolatier Damien Allsop on this expression. They selected whiskies aged in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. Naturally, this brilliant single malt pairs exceptionally well with chocolate.

Rich Cacao features aromas of chocolate fondant, honey, oak, lime zest, and ginger. The palate delights with notes of dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Additionally, the 100% recyclable presentation box celebrates the whisky’s chocolatey notes, crafted using husks from cacao pods!
