This 12-year-old whisky is part of Edradour’s “Straight From The Cask” (SFTC) series, where the whisky is bottled directly from the cask without chill filtration and with no added color. Distilled in September 2004 and bottled in July 2017, this batch was produced in a limited release of 407 bottles. The maturation in Chardonnay casks gives the whisky a unique blend of rich, buttery, and fruity flavors, resulting in a distinctive and memorable taste profile.
