Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Floral and spicy with notes of fresh lemons, mineral undertones, green apples, nectarines, and a touch of hay, dough, and vanilla.
• Palate: Oily mouthfeel with a spicy arrival of white pepper, ginger, and cloves, followed by subtle tropical fruits and caramel sweetness. A green, grassy note also emerges.
• Finish: Medium in length, ending on a syrupy sweetness with hints of dry spice.
