Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: Apricot gold with slow-moving oils
• Nose: Aromas of plums, apricot jam, fresh fruit salad, cold coffee, lemon drizzle cake, milk chocolate, fresh soil, bread proofing, brown sugar, herbal tea, and damp hay.
• Palate: Initial notes of dark red fruits, clove-studded citrus, nougat, almond croissant, cinnamon, and white grapes. Water enhances sweetness and reveals flavors of oily blanched almonds, buttery pear, pink peppercorn, and a hint of smoldering electrical work.
• Finish: Dry, mouth-watering with lingering notes of mint tea, spice, and white pepper.
